This short note gives errata for the author’s cited paper [ibid. 17, No. 4, 615-640 (1990; Zbl 0722.14010]. Some of these errata are typographical and some are mathematical, but none changes the overall structure of the earlier paper.
There is one other set of changes that I am aware of, all occurring on page 627. On line 8, \(| 2\deg p|^{5l}\) should read \(| 2\deg p|^{7l}\); line -6, \(16d^ 5\) should read \(16d^ 7\); line -5, \(d^{5l-4}\) should read \(d^{7l-6}\).
