Garofalo, Nicola Unique continuation for a class of elliptic operators which degenerate on a manifold of arbitrary codimension. (English) Zbl 0788.35051 J. Differ. Equations 104, No. 1, 117-146 (1993). Using the Carleman estimates the author proves the uniqueness of the continuation for solutions of the equation \(\Delta_ zu+| z |^{2\alpha} \Delta_ tu=b \nabla u+Vu\) under suitable assumptions on \(b\) and \(V\).
