Scattering of electromagnetic field by De Sitter-Schwarzschild black hole. (English) Zbl 0823.35162

We investigate the electromagnetic field outside a spherical black-hole with mass \(m\) in an asymptotic De Sitter spacetime with cosmological constant \(\Lambda>0\), described by the De Sitter-Schwarzschild metric \[ ds^ 2= \alpha^ 2 dt^ 2- \alpha^{-2} dr^ 2- r^ 2 (d\theta^ 2+ \sin^ 2 \theta d\varphi^ 2), \] where the lapse function \(\alpha\) is given by \(\alpha= (1-2m r^{-1}- \Lambda r^ 2/ 3)^{1/2}\).
