Regulator problem for linear continuous-time delay systems with nonsymmetrical constrained control. (English) Zbl 0835.93048
The behavior of dynamic linear delay system under a memoryless feedback control law is under study. The control signal is assumed to be constrained by a nonsymmetrical polyhedral set. Necessary and sufficient conditions under which the polyhedral set remains positively invariant with asymptotically stable motions for the closed-loop system are given. Two examples illustrate the proposed technique of selecting constraints under which the positively invariant state space domain becomes the largest possible.
