This “Erratum” concerns the authors’ paper [ibid. 140, No. 3, 685-701 (1994; Zbl 0833.55007)]. They remark that “the use of additivity in the proof of Theorem 2.6 in not correct”. Instead, they provide a theorem “equally suited” for the applications.
