Resonance modes of wave penetration in gas-saturated porous medium. (English. Russian original) Zbl 0839.76086

The authors study the dynamics of an elastically deformed gas-saturated porous medium, taking into account the presence of a film connected to the solid framework. The nonlinear Maslov’s WKB-method and the method of multi-scale expansions are employed to find the asymptotic solution. The authors discuss the low dispersion case, when the motion is slow and amplitudes of resonance frequency waves are governed by the Burgers equation.
