Summary: Some estimates are obtained for certain characteristics of random vectors from an observed sample of a mixture with time-varying concentration of its components, the observations being taken with an additive error of measurement. Consistent estimates are constructed for the moment generating functions of the components of the mixture and for the parameters of the concentration function.
