On computing the maximal delay intervals for stability of linear delay systems. (English) Zbl 0840.93074
Stability of linear delay systems is studied in the retarded and neutral cases. Starting from stability of the system at some particular value of the delay and using generalized eigenvalues of matrix pairs the author finds the maximal connected set of delay values which maintains stability.
