Optimal programs on infinite horizon. II. (English) Zbl 0847.49022
The author continues his investigations of the infinite-horizon problem described in the review of Part I above.
The structure of (v)-weakly optimal programs is studied. A turnpike theorem for a generic continuous function \(v\) is proven. Finally, the existence of an almost periodic (v)-optimal program for such a function \(v\) is shown.
