Parallel algorithms for initial and boundary value problems for linear ordinary differential equations and their systems. (English) Zbl 0876.65049
This is the multiple shooting method for (systems of) linear ordinary differential equations (initial or boundary value problem). The intervals can be computed in parallel. Illustration by three analytic examples.
