This new problem list, extending older problem lists by the same author, gives a broad overview over the ‘status quo’ of research in the area of low-dimensional topology. On more than 300 pages problems together with remarks, definitions and bibliographical references are given, organized in the following chapters: (1.) Knot theory; (2.) Surfaces; (3.) 3-manifolds; (4.) 4-manifolds; (5.) Miscellany.
The paper also contains an index of conjectures, a general index and an extensive bibliography.
