## On the intersection multiplicity of analytic curves in $$\mathbb{C}^m$$.(English)Zbl 0901.32009

The authors give an effective formula for the isolated intersection multiplicity of analytic curves in $$\mathbb{C}^m$$ in terms of their parametrizations, generalizing the classical Zeuthen’s formula for plane curves. As an application they obtain an estimation of the Lojasiewicz exponent.
