Avery, R. Existence of multiple positive solutions to a conjugate boundary value problem. (English) Zbl 0960.34503 Math. Sci. Res. Hot-Line 2, No. 1, 1-6 (1998). Summary: We are concerned with the conjugate boundary value problem \(x''(t)+f(t,x(t))=0, x(0)=0=x(1)\). Under assumptions on \(f\) we prove the existence of three positive solutions of this boundary value problem applying the Leggett-Williams fixed point theorem.
