An Eulerian-Lagrangian approach to the Navier-Stokes equations. (English) Zbl 0988.76020
The author presents an Eulerian-Lagrangian formulation of non-stationary incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. The formulation relies upon a generalization of inviscid Weber formula. Bounds for particle paths and for the virtual velocity are derived.
