This paper presents a complete mathematical theory for uniform boundary controllability of a semi-discrete 1-D wave equation. It deals with high regorious mathematics and the convergence of the wave equation using a boundary control mechanism. Upper and lower limits are also considered, but no numerical experiments are presented.
