On series of non-negative terms. (English) Zbl 1011.40004

Summary: If \(\sum a_k\) and \(\sum b_k\) are series of nonnegative terms, we prove a necessary and sufficient condition that \(\sup_n\{\sum^n_1 a_k/\sum^n_1 b_k\}= \infty\).
