Based on the work of C. Muscalu, T. Tao and C. Thiele [J. Am. Math. Soc. 15, 469–496 (2002; Zbl 0994.42015)], the author shows the separate continuity and then the continuity of the trilinear transform on appropriate spaces of test functions.
