Signal Process. 22, No. 6, 579-588 (2003). The problem of robust stabilization of delayed singular systems with linear fractional parametric uncertainties involving all system matrices is considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions for quadratic stability and quadratic stabilization are established. A strict linear matrix inequality design approach is developed. The presented results generalize and improve the previous ones for delayed singular systems with norm-bounded parametric uncertainties.
