Climate, an object of mathematical investigation. I: Mathematical model of climate. (English) Zbl 1047.37057
The author explains a mathematical theory of climate based on the investigation of behaviour of trajectories of the climate system by methods of qualitative theory of differential equations. Under certain natural hypotheses, the evolution of the climate system can be described with sufficient accuracy by a system of equations of thermohydrodynamics. The main task of this part of the paper is to construct an invariant probabilistic measure supported in neighbourhoods of attractors of the climate system.
