Direct and inverse problems of oblique radio-sounding of the ionosphere with wave guides. (Russian. English summary) Zbl 1048.78500
A direct problem of ionosphere investigations is the analysis of the radio-waves propagation when an electron concentration density is known. The inverse problem of the ionosphere radio-sounding is a determination of the electron concentration density by use of the experimental results on radio-waves propagation. In a series of papers by the authors a method of investigation of the ionosphere sounding problems based on solution of the Fredholm-Stieltjes equation was developed and approved. Here the method is modified to get solution of the above mentioned direct problem in presence of the waveguides.
