Paronetto, Fabio Homogenization of degenerate elliptic-parabolic equations. (English) Zbl 1052.35025 Asymptotic Anal. 37, No. 1, 21-56 (2004). The author gives a result of \(G\)-convergence for a class of strongly degenerate parabolic equations in the case of periodic coefficients. The quadratic form associated with the operator is degenerating as a Muckenhoupt weight and the coefficient of the temporal derivative is greater than or equal to zero and then the operator may be elliptic, parabolic or elliptic-parabolic.
