Summary: In this paper, a general random fixed point theorem for multivalued maps in Fréchet spaces is proved. The main result is used to obtain some common random fixed point theorems. The result unifies and extends the work due to T. Dominguez Benavides, G. López Acedo and H.-K. Xu [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 124, No. 3, 831–838 (1996; Zbl 0841.47032)].
