Summary: In this paper we study the boundedness, the periodicity and the oscillatory behavior of the solutions of the system of two nonlinear difference equations \(x_{n+1}= {y_n+ c\over x_{n-1}}\), \(y_{n+1}= {x_n+ c\over y_{n-1}}\), \(n= 0,1,\dots\).
