Tautness of locally taut domains in complex spaces. (English) Zbl 1114.32012
An equivalence condition for tautness of locally taut domains in a weakly Brody hyperbolic complex space is given: Let \(X\) be a weakly Brody hyperbolic complex space and \(h_X\) a complete Hermitian metric on \(TX\). Let \(M\) be a totally taut domain in \(X\). Then \(M\) is taut if and only if \(M\) has the Schottky property for \(h_X\).
