Minimal positive realizations for discrete-time systems with state time-delays. (English) Zbl 1125.93409

From the summary: Sufficient conditions for the existence of positive realizations of a given proper rational function are established. A procedure for computation of minimal positive realizations is presented and illustrated by an example.
