Groupoids and the associative law. VIIA: SH-groupoids of type \((A,B,A)\) and their semigroup distances. (English) Zbl 1153.20049

Summary: Szász-Hájek groupoids (shortly SH-groupoids) are those groupoids that contain just one non-associative (ordered) triple of elements. These groupoids were studied by G. Szász and P. Hájek. In this paper, which is a continuation of part VII [the author, ibid. 47, No. 1, 57-63 (2006; Zbl 1150.20047)], SH-groupoids of type \((A,B,A)\) having an arbitrary large semigroup distance are constructed.
