Summary: Some results are presented on roughness of the mathematical model of the neoclassical theory of optimal growth with and without parametric regulation, selection of the optimal law of parametric regulation, and the optimal law of parametric regulation vs. the uncontrollable parameters of this mathematical model based on the parametric regulation theory.
