The object of this paper is to study the oscillatory and asymptotic properties of solutions of a class of fourth order nonlinear neutral difference equations. Conditions are derived so that either all solutions are oscillatory or tend to zero or the difference equation admits a positive bounded solution.For part I, cf. Math.
