In a previous paper by the authors, a model of Gibbs’ potential which gives a possibility to find necessary thermodynamic functions and their derivatives in an explicit form was proposed. Here, the model of the potential is used to derive conformed state equations and to construct the phase change surfaces. A numerical example is considered.
