Summary: We employ the Lyapunov method to study the persistence and global asymptotic stability of positive solutions for a non-autonomous ratio-dependent predator-prey system with delays and refuges. Then we discuss the existence, uniqueness and stability of positive periodic solutions for a corresponding periodic system.
