In this note the authors study some families of seaweed Lie algebras, the biparabolic subalgebras of \(\mathfrak{sl}(n)\), using meander graphs. The main result gives new proofs for the fact that some of these families are Frobenius Lie algebras and also discovers two new families of Frobenius Lie algebras.
