Summary: We study an exchange model with linear-fractional utility functions for the participants. For the fixed budget exchange model an algorithm is proposed, which uses a polyhedral complementarity approach. This approach was developed earlier by the author in part I of the paper [Diskretn. Anal. Issled. Oper. 17, No. 1, 75–96 (2010; Zbl 1249.91079)] for linear models. Under a very weak non-degeneracy assumption on the initial state, we prove that the proposed algorithm yields an equilibrium in a finite number of steps.
