Soares dos Santos, Renato Non-trivial linear bounds for a random walk driven by a simple symmetric exclusion process. (English) Zbl 1310.60145 Electron. J. Probab. 19, Paper No. 49, 18 p. (2014). Summary: Linear bounds are obtained for the displacement of a random walk in a dynamic random environment given by a one-dimensional simple symmetric exclusion process in equilibrium. The proof uses an adaptation of multiscale renormalization methods of H. Kesten and V. Sidoravicius [Electron. J. Probab. 8, Paper No. 5, 51 p. (2003; Zbl 1064.60196)].
