The authors study Toeplitz operators on the Bergman space over a bounded symmetric domain. Conditions for these operators to belong to the von Neumann-Schatten classes \(S_p\) are found, as well as some conditions for general bounded operators obtained by comparison with Toeplitz operators. Necessary and sufficient conditions for little Hankel operators to belong to \(S_p\) are also found. Reviewer: Anatoly N.
