Summary: Let \((X,C)\) be a germ of a threefold \(X\) with terminal singularities along an irreducible reduced complete curve \(C\) with a contraction \(f: (X, C)\to(Z,\mathfrak{o})\) such that \(C= f^{-1}(\mathfrak{o})_{\text{red}}\) and \(-K_X\) is ample. This paper continues our study of such germs containing a point of type (IIA), started iby the authors [Izv. Math. 80, No. 5, 884–909 (2016; Zbl 1359.14037); translation from Izv. Ross. Akad.
