Publ. 16, No. 2, 311-323 (1999). In the paper a fuzzy mathematical programming model with multiple attributes using data envelopment analysis is given. This model is employed for evaluating two alternative computer integrated systems (CIMs). The input attributes considered are costs, management/engineering effort, riskiness. The output attributes considered are quality of results, net present worth, ease of use, adaptability, and expandability.
