A certain linear third order differential equation of Fuchs type with complex independent variable \(z\) is investigated. The aim of this paper is to solve this equation in the large under certain suppositions on the polynomial coefficients, on the roots of the indicial equation about \(z=0\) and on the indicial exponents about \(z=\infty\).
