In view of the fact that the macrodeformation of the composite is nonlinear in its nature the author proposes a new model and an algorithm for determining nonlinear deformation properties of fibrous composites. Besides, it is assumed that the binder microstrength is a random function of coordinates with exponential power distribution law. General correlations are used to investigate the macrodeformation diagram of unidirected fibrous composites at one-dimensional extension. Reviewer: Ju. V.
