The hard hexagon partition function for complex fugacity. (English) Zbl 1284.82014

This study considers the problem of determining the analyticity of the free energy in the complex plane by computing the zeros of the partition function on large lattices and comparing these zeros with the locus computed from fugacity. As a by-product, one obtains a new algebraic equation for the low density partition function per site.
