Rogowski, Bogdan On a perfect contact between a set of N plates. (Polish. English, Russian summaries) Zbl 0556.73096 Rozpr. Inż. 32, 185-196 (1984). The paper deals with the axisymmetric frictionless, unbounded contact problem. N transversely isotropic, circular plates of different dimensions and different elastic properties remain in perfect contact which each other. The contact conditions are reduced to the solution of a set of Fredholm integral equations of the second kind; the contact region, stresses and displacements are found. The method of deriving the solutions of particular cases is shown, numerical results are presented graphically, and general conclusions are formulated.
