Summary: The objective of this article to be focused the optimal control problem for bio-mathematics under uncertain environments. Optimal control theory is an outcome of the calculus of variations, with a history extending back over 360 years. The literature on optimal control theory is large and growing, and the presentation could not be exhaustive. One of the fascinating characteristics of optimal control theory is the extraordinarily wide range of its possible applications. We have tried to say by covering a wide variety of applications for problems of optimal consumption of natural bio-resources (renewable or exhaustible) and optimal bio-mathematical problem. A general architecture for optimal optimal theory is provided and analysed in detail, as well as its future perspectives.
