Description: The most prominent application of computerized topography is still medical imaging in diagnostic radiology, but the problem of determining certain structural properties of an object from projection data arises in a large number of fields such as in plasma physics. Optical emission tomography as a flexible diagnostic method for optically thin low temperature plasmas in laboratory and industrial applications provides a better understanding of the internal plasma structure due to certain physical phenomena and can serve as a useful indicator for technological processes. In this article we present our package CTExperimenter of Mathematica functions which was developed in cooperation with plasma physicists for applications of tomographics methods to emission measurements of low temperature plasmas.
