Description: The ESBA2 subroutine package was developed for solving elliptic self- adjoint boundary value problems on arbitrary regions of the plane. The subroutines were written in FORTRAN language, with two main purposes: (1) the package should be applicable on small computers with relatively small operative memory (e.g. 64 Kbyte); (2) the package should be easily and quickly adapted to a great variety of practically problems, where usually both Dirichlet and Neumann type boundary conditions can be found at the same time.
