This paper discusses the construction of PBIB designs with \(s+1\) \((1\leq s\leq n-2)\) associative classes using the set of 1-dimensional subspaces outside of a subspace chain with length \(s\) of the \(n\)-dimensional vector space and calculates their parameters.
