Locally double \(\alpha\)-diagonally dominant matrices and application. (English) Zbl 1081.15541

Summary: The research for diagonally dominant matrix is the important task of matrix theory. The concept of locally double \(\alpha\)-diagonally dominant matrices is introduced. Some properties of these matrices are discussed. As their applications, the necessary and sufficient conditions of generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices which are locally double \(\alpha\)-diagonally dominant matrices and locally double \(\alpha\)-strictly diagonally dominant matrices are given.
